Jim Amend is responsible for managing Sandpiper CDN's portfolio of intellectual property, which includes more than 400 patent assets. Jim is the former Chief Mediator for the Federal Circuit and co-founder of Kirkland & Ellis's IP group, with over 50 years of experience litigating and counseling in the IP space.
Mark Chen is responsible for overseeing the company's legal functions around the world. A seasoned attorney, Mark has over ten years of experience managing complex legal disputes, advising clients on risk management and compliance, and negotiating business transactions.
